When we sit in silence, we are not doing nothing. We are doing the most important thing — we are listening. Listening to the body. Listening to the breath. Listening to the whisper of something deeper that is always there, waiting to be heard.

Finding Your Center

The practice begins simply. Find a comfortable seat. Close your eyes. Feel the weight of your body against the earth.

Notice the breath. Not to change it, but to witness it. Each inhale carries possibility. Each exhale releases what no longer serves.
